The platform is not only designed to show all of your exercise prescription from your coach but it also has the ability to show additional caloric expenditure (ie steps) and caloric intake by syncing with other apps such as: myfitnesspal, apple watch and fitbit. Results are driven by consistency and consistency is driven by accountability!
Our exercise presciption is tailored to the consideration of body weight exercises and thus zero equipment. Any equipment you might have is a bonus.
